I’ve been a photographer for a long time (like 15 years long!), but connecting with someone through my lens never gets old.
My favourite thing is seeing someone open up and be fully present as themselves. It’s incredible to witness. For first time clients there is often a process of letting go. Letting go of who we think we are supposed to be and an acceptance of who we are.
I pride myself on creating space for whatever my clients may need. There have been tears, laughter, deep breaths, dancing…whatever you need. It is safe to let go and just be you.
There is usually a distinct moment during my first photoshoot with a new client where it’s like a light switch being turned on — and I think, “oh there you are”. It’s beautiful.
I love that my clients walk away with so much more than pretty photos. They get strategic images designed to give them a return on their investment and an experience that provides an increased sense of clarity and confidence in their brand, business and self.
