It all started in 2001 with Mom’s Minolta X-7A (circa 1985) and taking photos of my little sister. I would buy a roll of film and then dress her up, pose her and pretend I was a high fashion photographer for VOGUE.

These are still some of my favourite photos.

It feels so vulnerable to share these with all of you, but this is who I am.

I’m an artist.
I’m a creative.
I’m a dreamer.

And this life, this work. It’s in my blood. It’s my purpose and I’ve known that before I even knew to call it that.

So even though I’m not photographing for VOGUE (yet!), I know little Jocelyn is so proud of where we are. ❤️
